Dreaming up flavors, testing recipes, and hand crafting baked goods is a joyful creative experience for me. I’m delighted to offer you a piece of the pie, cinnamon roll, blondie, coffee cake and more.

Surrounded by my garden which is full of vegetables, flowers, fruit, and pollinators during the growing season, the smell of salt air breezing through open windows, I get to bake for you in my favorite place. In the colder months, I love being cozy inside by the oven while the world outside is frozen.

All items from Last Saturday Bakery are available by preorder. Pick up is, you guessed it, the last saturday of the month. Join my email list to be notified with preorders open, the week before pick up.

Once you place your order and choose a pick up time you will get an email with the bakery location (off of Pine Point Road in Scarborough Maine) and pick up information. Your order will be ready for pick up between 8 and 11 on Saturday morning. 

I've worked in restaurants and bakeries, and spent many more years baking in my home kitchen, making cookies, pies, cakes, bread, and many other pastries for friends and family. I have a home food processing license from the Maine Department of Health so my baked goods can reach more people.
